OZEX Co. Ltd. PRESOV was established in 1992. Since its formation, company has undergone a dynamic development. At the beginning, company was focusing mainly on the clothing industry, but later it has diversified majority of its activities into the field of travel and tourism From the original activities in the field of clothing industry, in 2021 the company bought the majority of shares from the partner company Corneliani Spa in the joint Slovak-Italian production company EGOTEX s.r.o. The main activity of EGOTEX s.r.o. is the production of luxury men's ready-to-wear for the renowned fashion brand CORNELIANI and other smaller, primarily Italian clients.

Other industrial activities related to the garment industry, which were founded and built by OZEX Ltd. in Bulgaria and Ukraine were successfully sold. Both production plants are still active and new owners are producing brand products sold throughout the Europe.

Beginning of the diversification into the new segment of travel and tourism started in 2005, when the foundations of the new luxury complex PLAZA BEACH RESORT were laid. This complex has consistently developed into the unique and exceptional resort of its kind not only in Presov or Slovakia, but also across the central European region – Poland, Hungary and Ukraine.

Unique complex PLAZA BEACH RESORT consists of luxury Boutique hotel VILLA PLAZA & SPA**** with the stylish restaurant and congress hall. Moreover, there are open air summer pools PLAZA BEACH with complex equipment for the use of leisure activities not only for hotel guests, but also for the public.

Business portfolio of the OZEX Ltd. has expanded in 2017, when new project PLAZA RESIDENCE started, with the mission to develop the nearby area. Company has built the residential complex, that consist of 4 apartment buildings with the 24 flats and 4 penthouses.
